In early 2021, Megan stepped out of the day-to-day duties as Chief Chocolate Officer (CCO) at Easton Malloy, Inc., which she co-owned and founded, to immerse herself in the food community as a prominent innovator, collaborator, and educator.

Costello brand, born out of a love of invention, grants access to her expertise in product and flavor profile design, establishing a clear vision for companies, designing equipment and building factories. At the heart of Megan A. Costello, the brand is about inspiring burgeoning entrepreneurs and collaborating alongside established industry colleagues.
As a highly conscious Master Chocolatier with a rich history of personally sourcing her ingredients, Megan prioritizes the preservation and protection of these sources by advocating for sustainable and fair trade cocoa.
